Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks. Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests. Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
Diagnose Problems/Issues/Defects, and be able to communicate well with the customer. A L2 Engineers should be able to manage all the Applications. Regularly collaborate and communicate with Offshore for Reporting Purposes and to Provide Resolution On-Time. Sometimes the request/grievance raised by the customer is very minor and can be solved by the L1 support as well.
