  • Request for Cancellation: Clients may cancel their service contracts with us by providing written notice at least 15 days in advance.
  • Cancellation Charges: If the service is canceled before it is completed, the client will be charged for any work that has already been performed up to the cancellation date.
  • No Refunds for Completed Services: Once services have been fully rendered, refunds will not be provided, except in cases where there is a clear failure to deliver on agreed terms.

1.2 Refunds for Services

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be requested if:
  • The service was not delivered as described in the contract.
  • The service did not meet quality standards.
  • Nativebyte.co failed to provide the agreed deliverables.
  • Refund Process: Refund requests should be submitted in writing within 30 days of service delivery. Eligible refunds will be processed within 30 days after approval.

2. SaaS Products

2.1 Subscription Cancellation

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Clients can cancel their monthly SaaS subscriptions at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
  • Annual Subscriptions: For annual subscriptions, clients can cancel within 2 days of purchase for a full refund. After this period, no refunds will be offered, but the subscription can be canceled to prevent future billing.

2.2 Refunds for SaaS Products

  • Refund Eligibility: Refunds may be provided for SaaS products under the following conditions:
  • There was a technical issue or bug that significantly impaired the product’s functionality, and it was not resolved within a reasonable time frame.
  • The SaaS product did not match the features or functionality described at the time of purchase.
  • Refund Process: Refund requests for SaaS products must be submitted within 2 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed within 15 days.

3. General Terms

  • Non-Refundable Items: Any third-party fees or services purchased through Nativebyte.co (e.g., domain names, licenses) are non-refundable.
